Enclosed is the promised - better late than never - photo of Chessie at 11-1/2 months old. She was Vana's litter from 7/4/97. (parents are Harley and Vana)

She has turned out to be a perfect family pet. We could not ask for anything better. She is intelligent, playful and very affectionate. She is gentle, loving, and very tolerant with our 3 young children.

We got an electric fence when she was 6 mos. old. She learned the system on the first day and has never broken the fence line since day one. The trainer at obedience school suggested that she go on to the advanced classes because she did so well and was so eager to learn and to please.

Chessie is the hit of our neighborhood. The Children all come to play with her - even some afraid of dogs...

Chessie is a wonderful addition to our family (and easier than a 4th child!). Thanks for all of the time you spent with us while we picked our puppy. The kids are always asking to come to visit you and your puppies. Take care and thanks again...
